Candles release fragrance when burned, while reed diffusers continuously disperse fragrance without any need for heat or flames.

3. How long do your candles and reed diffusers last?

Candles: Our candles last anywhere between 30-50 hours depending on the size and how long you burn them each time.
Reed Diffusers: Typically, our reed diffusers will last 2-4 months, depending on the room temperature, airflow, and placement.

4. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes! Our candles are made with all-natural wax (soy/beeswax) and our reed diffusers use non-toxic, alcohol-free, and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Both come in recyclable packaging.

Candles

1. What wax do you use for your candles?
We use 100% natural soy wax (or beeswax) which is renewable, biodegradable, and burns cleanly without releasing harmful chemicals.

2. How do I care for my candle?

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive smoking.
Let the candle burn until the top layer of wax is fully melted to avoid tunneling.
Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

3. Can I reuse the candle jar?
Yes! Once your candle has burned completely, you can clean out the jar and use it for storage or decor.

Reed Diffusers

1. How do I use a reed diffuser?
Simply insert the reeds into the bottle of fragrance oil. Flip the reeds every week or as needed to refresh the scent.

2. How long does it take for the scent to start working?
You’ll begin to notice the fragrance within a few hours, though it may take up to 24 hours for the scent to fully disperse.

3. How many reeds should I use?
Typically, 6-10 reeds are recommended, depending on the strength of the fragrance you desire. Using more reeds will increase the intensity.

4. Can I adjust the fragrance strength?
Yes! If the scent is too strong, remove a few reeds. If you’d like a stronger scent, flip the reeds more often or add more to the bottle.
